Shunzhi Plastic PE wax effectively reduces plastic melt viscosity, improves processing flow, reduces mechanical wear and energy consumption, and is widely used in masterbatch manufacturing, filler masterbatch, PVC pipes and profiles, hot-melt adhesives, ink coatings and rubber processing. Recommended addition ratio is 0.5%~5%, depending on process requirements and formulation system.

Defoamer masterbatch (moisture-absorbing masterbatch) is a specialized additive developed by Shunzhi Plastic to address moisture issues in plastic processing, made using the strong water absorption of calcium oxide. This product features high dispersion and compatibility, suitable for PP, PE, ABS, PVC, PS and other plastics. Simply mix evenly with raw materials to eliminate moisture without drying equipment, saving time, electricity and energy. Compared with traditional defoamers, it has longer effective duration, does not clog screens, and pulverizes without agglomeration after water absorption. Widely used in film, drawbench, sheet, extruded pipe and injection molded products.

The black masterbatch series is Shunzhi Plastic's core product line, covering PE, PA, ABS and other specialized carriers. It is produced by precision pelletizing high-pigment carbon black with compatible carriers using a twin-screw extruder. The product offers strong tinting strength, high jetness and excellent dispersion, delivering ideal coloring effects at very low addition rates. PE-208 is suitable for PE products such as blow molding and injection; PA-818 is developed for nylon materials, heat-resistant and non-migrating; ABS-518 is suitable for ABS products such as home appliance shells.
