Product Details

ABS-518 is a specialized black masterbatch developed for ABS resin, using high-concentration premium carbon black and ABS-compatible carrier, precision-granulated by twin-screw extruder. The product has strong coloring power, high blackness and excellent dispersion, achieving ideal coloring effect at very low addition, without affecting mechanical properties and surface gloss of ABS products.

Application: Suitable for coloring of ABS injection parts (home appliance shells, auto interior parts, electronic accessories), ABS extruded sheets, pipes and other products.

Dosage: General addition ratio is 1%~4%, specific dosage adjusted according to product blackness requirements and wall thickness.
