PE-208 is a specialized black masterbatch developed for PE (polyethylene) resin, using high-color carbon black and PE-compatible carrier, precision-granulated by twin-screw extruder. The product has strong coloring power, high blackness and excellent dispersion, achieving ideal coloring effect at very low addition. It has excellent compatibility with PE resin without affecting mechanical properties and processing fluidity, especially suitable for coloring of blown film, injection molding and other PE products.

Application: Suitable for coloring of PE blown film products (packaging film, agricultural film, garbage bags), PE injection parts (daily necessities, pipe fittings, turnover boxes) and PE pipes, sheets and other products.

Dosage: General addition ratio is 1%~4%, specific dosage adjusted according to product blackness requirements and wall thickness; lower addition recommended for blown film, higher for injection molding.
