Product Details

PE wax, namely polyethylene wax, is a low-molecular-weight polyethylene. As an indispensable additive in plastic processing, it offers excellent lubricity, dispersibility and thermal stability. This product effectively reduces plastic melt viscosity, improves processing fluidity, reduces mechanical wear and energy consumption, while enhancing product surface gloss and demolding performance.

Application: Widely used in masterbatch manufacturing, filled masterbatch, PVC pipes and profiles, hot melt adhesives, inks and coatings, and rubber processing.

Dosage: General addition ratio is 0.5%~5%, specific dosage depends on product process requirements and formulation system.
