PA-818 is a high-temperature black masterbatch developed for PA (nylon) resin, using high-temperature-resistant special carrier and high-color carbon black composite. The product maintains good thermal stability at PA processing temperature (240~300°C), no decomposition, migration or coloring pollution, uniform coloring and extremely high blackness, an ideal choice for nylon product coloring.

Application: Suitable for coloring of PA6, PA66 and other nylon materials in injection molding (auto parts, engineering fittings, cable ties) and extrusion products.

Dosage: General addition ratio is 1%~3%, specific dosage adjusted according to product blackness requirements.
